Welcome to EURO SPC FLOORING- Please read and agree these Terms and Conditions carefully before using eurospcflooring.com. This Agreement sets forth the binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site.

1. General Conditions

By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or  Purchasing our products or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Purchase Policy

  • Order Acceptance: All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, or errors in your order.
  • Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email.
  • Discounts and Promotions: Any discounts or promotions offered on our Site are subject to specific terms and conditions. These offers are only valid during the stated promotional period and cannot be applied to previous purchases. Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
  • Shipping and Handling Fees: Shipping and handling fees are not included in the product prices and will be added during the checkout process. These fees are calculated based on the delivery location and the weight and dimensions of the items ordered.
  • Price Matching: We do not offer a price matching policy. Prices on our Site are final and non-negotiable.
  • Payment: Payment must be made before we can accept an order, and payment must be made in advance.

3. Quote Policy

  • Request for Quote: Customers may request a quote for specific products by contacting us through mentioned contact details.
  • You must provide an accurate and complete delivery address and contact information.
  • Quote Validity: All quotes provided are valid for Seven days from the date of issuance. After this period, the quote may be subject to change.
  • Non-Binding Nature: Quotes provided are non-binding and do not constitute an offer. A binding agreement will only be formed upon acceptance of an official order and payment.
  • Product Availability: All quotes are subject to product availability at the time of order placement. We reserve the right to modify or cancel a quote if the product is no longer available.
  • Price Changes: Prices in quotes are based on current pricing and market conditions. We reserve the right to adjust prices if there are significant changes in costs or market conditions between the time the quote is given and the time of order placement.

4. Delivery Policy

 

  • Shipping: We offer shipping to selected locations (KLI). Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be provided after the acceptance of the order by the company representative over the call. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.
  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery date. We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated delivery times, but we are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are required to provide accurate and complete delivery addresses and valid contact numbers at the time of order placement. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delivery delays or additional charges.
  • Pre-Delivery Confirmation: Prior to delivery, a customer representative may call to confirm the delivery details. It is the customer’s responsibility to be available to take this call and ensure that delivery can proceed as scheduled.
  • Delivery Acceptance: Customers are bound to accept delivery of the order. If the customer fails to take delivery of the goods at the agreed delivery time and place, any additional costs incurred due to such failure will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Post-Delivery Check: Customers are requested to ensure that the product has been delivered as per the requirements and in suitable condition. Any damage, exchange, or claim will not be acceptable once the delivery form has been signed after receiving the goods.

5. Return Policy

  • No Returns or Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products once they have been delivered. Please ensure you review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

6. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Timeframe: Order cancellations can only be requested within 12 working hours from the time the order is placed. However, if the order has been dispatched it will not be cancelled. 
  • Refund Process: If payment has already been transferred, the refunded amount will be processed within 10 working days from the date of cancellation approval.
  • Charges: Any charges incurred during the refund process will be payable by the customer and will be deducted from the refunded amount.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Euro SPC Flooring be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or purchase of any of our products.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan and within the Jurisdiction of Lahore. 

9. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
