Handling & Storage Guidelines

• Allow planks to acclimate in unopened packaging for 48 hours

• Store on a flat, stable surface; do not place on soft underlays or on edges

Expansion & Clearance

• Can be installed without expansion joints up to 12 meters (40 feet) in shaded areas

• For larger or multi-room layouts, install expansion joints every 9–12 meters (30–40 feet)

• Maintain a 10mm gap around walls, door frames, and permanent fixtures

• Ensure alignment with any subfloor expansion joints

Subfloor Requirements

• Must be clean, dry, flat, firm, and stable

• Maximum flatness deviation: 2mm per meter

• Remove soft, loose, or uneven old flooring

• Fill pits or bumps to ensure a smooth, stable base
