Handling Instructions
Avoid Direct Contact
Handle the sheets with clean, dry hands to prevent transferring oils or dirt onto the surface.
Careful Lifting
Always lift sheets from the edges to avoid bending or damaging the corners. Use two hands to ensure stability.
Support during Movement
When moving multiple sheets, support them along their length to prevent bending or warping.
Avoid Excessive Moisture
Keep the sheets away from excessive moisture during handling to prevent any warping or damage.
Inspect for Damage
Inspect each sheet thoroughly for any signs of damage, warping, or defects before installation. This should be done in good lighting.
Keep Away from Heat Sources
Do not expose the sheets to direct heat sources or extreme temperatures, as this can affect their integrity.
Preparation before Installation
Acclimatization
Ensure that the Wall sheets have acclimated to the room temperature for at least 48 hours before installation.
Inspection
Check each sheet for color consistency, structural integrity, and any potential damage. Inspect under good lighting to ensure accurate assessment.
Sub-Wall Preparation
Ensure the sub-wall is clean, dry, and free of any debris.
Verify that the sub-wall is even, firm, and stable. Any loose or soft materials must be removed.
Flatness Check
The sub-wall should not exceed a flatness tolerance of 2mm per meter. Use a level to check for any bumps or uneven areas.
Repair Uneven Surfaces
Smooth out any bumps and fill in pits or uneven areas on the sub-wall to create a suitable surface for installation.
Tools and Materials
Gather all necessary tools and materials needed for installation, including adhesives, cutters, and measuring devices.
